We have secured a number of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, located across from Doncaster Racecourse

We shall once again be offering subsidised accommodation to employees who wish to stay over at the nearby, Hilton Garden Inn, or subsidised transport.

The subsidy will be up to a maximum of £50 per employee. Married couples, spouses or partners who both work for the company will be entitled to £50 each.

Please note there is a limited number of rooms available, and these will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Prices below are the full room rate, Howdens will pre-pay the first £50 contribution towards your room and the remainder of the costs must be paid directly on check out to the hotel.

If you cancel your hotel room after 21st November, you will be liable for full payment of the entire room fee, the company will not pay
